Production time comes first

Every order is made to order. Allow 2–3 weeks from the date you order before your items ship or are ready for collection. Seasonal designs are printed in weekly batches during their order window, so ordering early in that window usually means getting it sooner.

You'll get an email when your order ships or is ready for pickup. Until then, no news means it's in the production queue.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going, so you see the real cost rather than a flat guess.

Once an order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the service and destination. Transit time is in addition to the 2–3 week production time.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery, and we may need to charge the additional postage.
