Who we are

The Crusader Spirit Store is operated by the Holy Trinity Catholic School Home and School Association (HSA). Orders are produced and fulfilled by Impact Signs & Graphics, 1201 Minters Chapel Rd, Suite 301, Grapevine, TX 76051. Proceeds support Holy Trinity Catholic School.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available, a price or description was listed in error, or we can't verify payment. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary and decorated garments differ slightly from batch to batch. Small variation in placement or shade isn't a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you order, since production begins on that basis.

Seasonal and limited items

Seasonal designs are available only during a stated window and are printed for a specific date or event. Once the order deadline passes, those designs are not reproduced. Clearance items are available while stocks last and are final sale.

School uniform requirements

Some items are described as suitable for PK uniforms, gym uniforms or Crusader Wear Days. These descriptions are a guide. Uniform requirements are set by Holy Trinity Catholic School and can change — please check the school's current dress code before ordering if you're unsure. Buying an item here doesn't guarantee it meets a requirement in a given school year.

Intellectual property

The Holy Trinity Catholic School name, crest, Crusader marks and all designs sold here belong to Holy Trinity Catholic School and its licensors. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to reproduce the artwork. Please don't copy our designs onto your own garments or merchandise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
